Great location, clean and rooms smelled great! Pleasantly surprised considering it was so cheap.

We named this place the hidden gem on Treasure Island. It was perfect, between 2 big hotels but you wouldn't know it. It's like being on a private island with palms and palm trees blocking out the hotels. Everything you could need is already here. You walk through a little jungle like path right to the beach. We will be back.

The free Continental breakfast was typical - coffee was hot and available and good! Air conditioner worked great -- it kept the room nice and cool. Management and staff were friendly and appeared quite competent -- nice folks.
